Showroom Procedures Update (July 2021)

Whilst the legal requirements and restrictions are relaxed on 19th July, at Floor Factory we understand that the remainder of 2021 will still be a nervous time for most. Customer feedback has shown that the procedures we have in place have given confidence and allowed for a more relaxed shopping experience, with staff on hand to answer questions and give advice.

In line with this, we are continuing with the Covid-Secure procedures that were in place before 19th July:

We are limiting the number of customers in store, so we open by APPOINTMENT ONLY. (Weekends are busiest, so an appointment is always necessary. Walk in appointments are readily available mid-week, however, we recommend calling us beforehand so we can book you in before you get here!).

We have HAND SANITISING stations throughout the showroom and ask that you use them.

We will continue to maintain a high standard of CLEANING PROCEDURES in store.

We are politely requesting that FACE COVERINGS are still worn by staff and customers.

EXCLUSIVE APPOINTMENTS – if for any reason you would like to book an exclusive showroom appointment, whereby no other customers will be allowed in store during your time here, please call us and we will accommodate your request. This service has already proved popular for ones who are clinically vulnerable or have not been vaccinated.
