Showroom Procedures During Covid-19

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and so wanted to outline the steps and procedures that we now have in place as businesses continue to reopen across the UK.

Our showroom is now by appointment only (walk in appointments may be available). Please call 01332 986261 or email enquiries@floor-factory.co.uk to book an appointment.

Please only attend appointments if you and your household are free of Coronavirus symptoms.

Please register your visit using the Track&Trace app, scanning the QR code as you enter the showroom.

Face coverings must be worn throughout your time in the showroom.

When you arrive at Floor Factory, please use the hand sanitising station at the front door.

Please minimise contact with flooring samples while in the showroom. Where possible, personal samples will be ordered for clients.

After all visits, any samples or surfaces that have been touched will be sanitised by Floor Factory staff.

As you leave the showroom, please sanitise your hands again.

We understand these procedures may change as government guidelines are updated, however, we will continue to update you to help everyone stay as safe as we can in these changing times.
