The Floor Factory is an absolute gem of a company – family run, knowledgable, friendly and excellent service combined with competitive prices. I have used them on three separate occasions and have been delighted with the results each time. The latest project was replacing a large living room carpet and I am literally thrilled with the results! I would also like to commend the carpet fitters who were so friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to getting the rest of my carpets replaced in due course and would not consider going anywhere else.
