This is the second time that we have used Floor Factory and both times we have been extremely impressed with the entire level of service we have received from start to finish. The staff are profesional, knowledgeable and friendly. Paul and Rich made a fantastic job of our kitchen/diner. We won’t be going anywhere else for our flooring in the future and we won’t hesitate in recommending Floor Factory to our family and friends.
