I just want to say a big thank you to all of the staff at the Floor Factory- what a wonderful place to go and pick your flooring. The whole team are very knowledgeable and offer a lovely friendly service. Rob helped me to pick the floor and he made a great job with his choices. Taking into account my budget and colour scheme.

He isn’t allowed to make choices by his wife he joked, but he made an absolutely excellent job matching the colours throughout the whole house. It is like a showhome !

I am very very impressed by the finished job! The standard of flooring and the attention to detail was above and beyond. Their patience too was appreciated!

They also tested the dampness in the floor before the Karndean went down. As I have purchased a new build.

The carpet fitters were professional and friendly clearing up afterwards.

And Craig who fitted the Karndean was just amazing with his attention to detail and perfection with his join between the lounge and the kitchen.He was kind and patient even with us moving in around him. And an annoying dog who nearly got stuck in the floor glue!

TIp – remove your dog before he comes. .

Obviously you can tell how pleased I am with this lovely company and I hope they continue to offer such an amazing service too.
